Bloomingdale's South Coast Plaza will open a small, fast casual concept, DG Burger (Damn Good!), with a special entrance in the Bloomingdale's hallway. Open daily from 11:30 AM to 4 PM, the six item menu (follows) is available to go or fast casual service.

Chef Palmer is teaming with Executive Chef Amar Santana to offer South Coast Plaza lunch guests, simply put, a Damn Good Burger. Perfect for busy shoppers looking for a quick break, or for those looking to get out of the office for a casual yet delectable lunch, DG Burger will offer guests fast service in the same comfortable atmosphere for which The Charlie Palmer Group is known.

 

The featured DG Burger is Black Angus Beef topped with cabbage, tomato, red onion and Chef Santana's signature sauce, served on a specially made semolina potato bun. Crispy fries are offered with tasty accompaniments such as curry ketchup, bacon mayo, roasted garlic sour cream and chipotle aioli.

DG Burger opens Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 11:30 AM. The first 300 guests will receive a free burger, compliments of Charlie Palmer.
