Chef Bill Bracken has created a festive four-course Christmas Eve Prix-Fixe Menu with starters such as Roasted Celery Root and Potato Soup with Smoked Shrimp; entrée options such as Sautéed Striped Bass with Roasted Beets and Butternut Squash; or Bone Marrow Crusted Filet of Beef with Cheesy Mushroom Risotto; and a sweet finale such as Spiced Chocolate Terrine with Bourbon Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce. For the 13th consecutive year, Island Hotel’s festive lobby is an official toy drop location for The Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots annual holiday campaign. Guests, locals and area businesses are encouraged to donate new, unwrapped toys for deserving children.
